Showdown is a cover of the Viennese band Just Friends and Lovers, which is connected with Schapka by the common rehearsal room at Yppenplatz, as well as the first common record: A split cassette, on one side of which (the then still) Schapka teeagers were represented. Schapka recorded a very modified version of the song for the 10th anniversary of the friendly band. The result is a song that musically lies between the styles of the two bands and stands out from their other numbers because of the language - Schapka sings mostly German - and the different use of vocals and instruments. To kick off Schapka's 10th anniversary year, the cover comes with a music video as the first single from the upcoming album, OMG Yess!
